Q: How many Balthazar Points do you have to have to get a special dance?

its fame not balth. and i think you need about 185, not sure tho... its rank 3

Emotes require rank 3 (180 fame).

Special dances require that you have purchased the collectors edition.

it is 180 fame for rank3 and it isn't a special dance, you get a golden deer pop out in front of you.

if that not what your looking for, you need to own CE to do special dances other than rank emotes.
